aye we missed August! :)

I asked August to show me how good it gets.

I’m late by like two days, and I think that’s totally fine. Had this on my to-do list and I just totally checked out cause it’s been such a crazy couple of weeks, but I have been at it and in the swing of things.

Started the month off in New York for a film festival for a film I worked on as an editor. It was pretty sick to watch the film in theaters, it’s titled DELI, check it out on the festival run, follow Max for more updates, an incredible director, actor, writer, and an incredible ensemble of a film.

After New York, I ended up planning and directing a brand new glasshouse music video that’s been in the works for years. Be on the lookout for that. Follow Glasshouse for more info.

On another note, WE WON 2ND PLACE AT THE PROVIDENCE 48-HOUR FILM FEST! I want to thank the city of Providence, Mel, and everyone involved.

Life’s been quite beautiful, witnessed marriages, read a lot of comic books, played golf, life’s been pretty great and beautiful and all the things considered. I could only hope that September feels like Dijon’s Yamaha. Talk soon.

Dos Golpes is damn near done, I’d say, and in September, they’ll be more. Currently in sound mixing and color grading sessions. The score sounds amazing btw. Shout out Alonso.
